CONFERENCE NEWSFLASH
Please make your own arrangements well before the conference commences to secure ground transportation to and from Deerhurst Resort.

Air Travel:
- We recommend you book your flights to arrive at the Pearson International Airport, Toronto.
Ground Transportation:
- The Deerhurst Resort is located near Huntsville, Ontario in the heart of the Muskoka Cottage Country, a pleasant two hours north of Toronto.
- You may wish to rent a car to travel to and from the Deerhurst Resort. The route is very direct, multi-lane highway all the way. Should you prefer to rent a car, all major car rental companies are available from Lester B. Pearson International Airport. Please contact the car rental company of your choice directly.
- Alternatively, coach service between the Greater Toronto Area and the Deerhurst Resort is available in advance through Luxury Coach (http://luxury.to/). We are planning coach service as follows:
- Toronto to Deerhurst
- Wednesday, September 17, 2014 (leaving Toronto approximately 2:00-3:00 pm)
- Thursday, September 18, 2014 (leaving Toronto approximately 10:00-11:00 am)
- Deerhurst to Toronto
- Saturday, September 20, 2014 (leaving Deerhurst 3:00 pm)
- Sunday, September 21, 2014 (leaving Deerhurst 9:00-10:00 am)
- Cost is estimated between $125 and $200 round trip depending on numbers per coach.
